Before everything else, we should start with the history of the great Carmarthen.
For those of you who don’t know what or where Carmarthen is, we give you some facts about this exquisite place. It is a community in, and the county town of, Carmarthenshire, Wales. Everyone claims that this place is the oldest town in Wales but the two settlements of Old and New Carmarthen were only united into a single borough in 1546. Carmarthen became the judicial headquarters of the Court of Great Sessions for south-west Wales following the Acts of Union.
Aside from its magnificent historical facts, Carmarthen is also known for their unique fishing activities unlike any other places in most countries. With many beautiful beaches, coves, inland waterways and peaceful riverbanks, Carmarthenshire has so much to offer a fisherman. If you have never been into a fishing trip, Carmarthen is the place to have a go and experience something new.
